I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge thanks to Saurabh Y from EA Support. I was initially told to submit formal feedback, but I politely declined and instead asked if I could just give a personal shoutout to the support agent who helped me.

Saurabh was incredibly patient and helpful while assisting me with my issue. I really appreciate the time and care he took to make sure I understood everything and felt supported.
