smg:s needs more recoil and bloom. They are just laser beams

Yes please fix this, SMGs low recoil makes sense but only for close range, they should be absolutely hopeless for med to long range. Been enough BF games where SMGs are the go to guns.
Battlefield is about large scale battles yet people are too comfortable running around with SMG for any engagement it makes no sense.
Agreed, they are for personal defence at close range, not for engaging in medium range firefight.
The description in the mp5 specifically states it’s good for medium range while some of the ars are specifically made for close range
in that case make the ar and lmg useless in cqb👍
Traditionally smgs best aspect was their hipfire ability, making them good at close range but bad at distance, not sure why they changed it.
The ars have a faster ttk
