Sniper dmg/camera snapping

Question

Since this update i've noticed that about 50% (if not more) of my head shots don't kill people anymore but very often only do 66 dmg.... doesn't matter what sniper of the 4 i pick, more than half the time, headshots don't kill.

even in the fire range to test, NOT ONE sniper even on test dummies kills a target with head shots at any range while they used to before the patch.

in the test range, 80 dmg is the max dmg ya do... so where is the 20 dmg dissapearing to (supposed to do 100 dmg per shot).

also noticed that there are many times that when i shoot an enemy, that i am suddenly staring up into space, LITERALLY, because my camera snaps up 90 degrees into the air!

Hmm, I'm getting 1 shot head-shot kills.&nbsp; I use the Scout.

i get them as well. but not like i used to before the update. even from 30 meters away a lot of head shots only do 66 or 80 dmg and don't kill the enemy. doesn't matter if i use the PSR/scout, or the 2010. Tried various builds and ammo types, but that doesn't seem to make a difference either.

try it in the firing range, see if any of the guns still 1 shot kill on the dummies, cuz none of mine do right now.
