I was highly disappointed when seeing this update yesterdayI truly was hoping for a day that the devs can listen to the battlefield community, but instead they keep throwing 💩 at usThey give us enough hype by adding tiny things we want like an old map, but then add 10 other things that literally ruin the game and push people awayThis is another major setback There's already no stealth in this game whatsoeverPeople already "glow"No point of any camosSpotting is already ridiculous and now you're basically spotted the entire gamePeople aren't seeing it, but they're literally one step closer each update to adding bright pink bunny rabbit skins to this game and going full Cod mode more than they already are Please stop this and revert these kinds of updates

I suspect that it'll come down to a difference of opinion between people, but speaking personally, I like this change. I struggle to see enemies quite a lot in this game, so this makes things a lot better for me and might minimise some frustrating deaths where enemies seem to suddenly pop in out of shadows or clutter.

I personally have seen more people against it but that's just me. I know there's those that enjoy it and usually prefer the faster play style and ttk, i do have friends that are more cod fans who don't like other BF games that are enjoying all these things I'm hating, and so I still see that DICE prefers their attention more. i put this update in the same category of things such as being able to "sneak" over land mines and smoke destroying c4 on a tank, etc. Like that just blows me away to be a BF game

Spotting is ridiculous, no skill needed at all just put a scope o n recon and move around map and you have seen everything

This game has issues with both being almost constantly 3d/mini map spotted and the fact it's hard to visually see players or even great big battle tanks. It's been an issue for a while now in the franchise and the Devs can't seem to get it right. Partly it's the fact that the maps now look gorgeous with highly detailed textures but this does make visibility harder when compared to the bland textures of games as far back as BF4.

You might can customize the glow color in a future update and make anyone glow bright yellow

Not sure if what i saw is true, but if it is, i hope it doesnt go through. People are visible enough and making them brighter in dark area looks jarring. Also, with all the ways people can get marked, you want to take away abilities to be sneaky and help the team. People complain so much about dying too fast. I like the ttk, many friends do as well. It makes the people making stupid decisions pay and cost the team. However, I see many complain they keep dying and cant get anywhere. Making visibility of the soldier better wont change how they play, only how much more they stick out. The situation will get worse for them. It impacts me and my group from trying to sneak around or pull of some feats against some pretty bad odds. Its a detriment overall to the game, for both sides.
If what I saw was not accurate, then whatever, but I hope we dont have soldiers that basically glow in the dark. Shadows are to hide and take advantage of, not light you up like a beacon

Untill all the people that complain they keep dying start to see their situation get worse and leave, or people who sneak around to get out of their teams stupidity not be able to do anything. You will get killed more often as well. Shadows are meant to hide, not make you glow like a beacon

Yea for some reason, after losing about 90%+ of their players, they keep making this game more like CoD.
Even if they do something right, they shadow revert it in the next patch without saying anything, and never address it even when it's brought up.
Just like this stupid prox voice. I'm going to lose my mind if that can't be turned off and I have to hear some... upstanding individual... screaming into his mic because everyone but him sucks and we're all a bunch of n'wahs. This is distinctly a CoD idea, because for some reason the CoD kids love to scream into their mic about everything.
