This definitely needs to be fixed. With the rampant cheating and toxic attitudes, a lot of people just don't play because they are forced in to PvP.
I've had people fire back with "But it's a PvP game!" when I bring this up. But, not everyone wants to play that way. Not everyone wants to deal with the toxic trolls because they aren't good. Some people might just have anxiety about playing online. Maybe I just want to practice my aim, learn the classes and maps, or try out strategies. And there is absolutely zero reason those people should not be allowed to play with ONLY bots, if they want.
