Solution to start of match griefing.

Played a match where a player, who does nothing but spams helicopter every match, blew up the helicopter because he wasn't going to be able to get to it before everyone else. I believe there should be maybe a 30 second timer where you can't use gadgets in spawn at the start of each match to counter this type of behavior.
