Some differences in gameplay over the last two days

Although the FPS is high and stable, it doesn't feel that way. Something is holding the game back and it doesn't feel smooth. The controls sluggish and clunky. Running and positioning feel slowed down. Aiming and recoil feel inconsistent and unpredictable, like months ago. I think they changed something again.
