Some servers fast, some servers slow?

I'm talking about movement\ actions. Sometimes it puts me in a servers where my movement is just fine, other times it's really slow. I suspect the slow times I'm on a server far away?

Can you have a toggle that says "don't put me in a server with ping times greater than "X"?
