Spawn pt vs vehicle issue

I don't know if it's just me, but every time I try to spawn on a point in Conquest and there's an allied vehicle nearby the game auto snaps my cursor to the vehicle and makes it extremely hard to pick the spawn point instead.  This is really frustrating to me, as I generally play infantry and do not want to preferentially spawn in a vehicle vs a spawn point.

Please don't do this EA, as a player I am more than capable of selecting where I want to spawn and whether that is a vehicle or not.
