Spectating and CPU optimization

We need the abillity to spectate like in BF4, if not on normal servers, then on Portal servers, so we can create awesome stunning looking fotage for those of us who loves making recordings in battlef...

Would be great to see the spectator mode, it was an important tool for server admins in Battlefield 4.

Tsuru Reef does not have Bot Backfill enabled?
Is this because bots can't sail the boats without beaching them? Either way, I hope this is fixed soon as there's servers just stalling without reaching 32 players to start the round.
