This needs to be added ASAP! It's not the same if there's no Leadership in every Squad! Also, fix or enable Squad Leader spawning with any squadmate in Hardcore.. it's shocking the squad leader doesn't spawn on anybody while squadmates can only spawn with the squad leader!
My friends and I we have left the game long ago since we notice this. We will wait until the future and see if this get taken care and added.
