Still no XP tokens
So I only got to play at 12 midnight on release even though I pre ordered 3 months early. The you must purchase game issue. I go the message about getting the XP tokens and BP compo but still nothing. When do they give these out?

i have the same issue and i had raised a ticket through EA Help, today they reply me saying all of them should have it and they just closed the ticket. when i replied to them it said that e-mail will no longer be monitored. also, when i select my case it doesn't even offer to reopen the case, i guess people who did not receive till now will not receive it anymore. i am genuinely irritated with the way they handled this.
Jep, same here. Still no compensation tokens. I tried even to aktivate EA Pro at the launch to try maybe this will get me in the game.
