Personally I have deemed the BF6 aircraft very flawed and worse than being with my boots on the ground.
No you consider what is the point of 3 Anti Air Launcher that will miss with 100% certainty, the only thing that can currently shoot down aircraft is lucky shots when the pilot sucks other Aircraft which makes you dependant on the pilots of your team and the stationary AA machine gun since they nerfed the mobile on into the ground. I dont care if they give the Helicopters and jets more HP or Armor or whatever but you cant just have 3 AA launchers in the game that simply can not hit a target EVER

The idea is that the vehicle will be forced to evade/retreat (deterrent) and not that it have a good chance to get wrecked by one person.
and if enough people go after the same aircraft from different locations, it will eventually get hit and be in huge trouble.
I do not think that you would have liked it more if instead it was much easier to land the AA missiles but the aircraft needed many more hits because that would warrant even more people needed to focus fire the aircraft to be a threat to it.
Other than that, I think that the IGLA need more tweaks to work like in BF4 where one can make the missile reacquire the aircraft if it stayed in sight and range after the flares.
You’ve literally just described the problem. It’s take 8 people to take out 1 helicopter because of everything people are describing. I fired all 5 IGLA rounds that all just hit nothing or were flared out, or a jet that straight up outran an anti aircraft round until he reload flares to flare it out. I get it, it’s annoying to have people constantly firing at you, but with this game they’ve been left with no choice. It’s either let the aircraft f up everyone in a game cause 2 engineers can’t take them out, or have everyone in the game focus on an aircraft so they can go about playing.

I don't care about the other side. IMO battlefield should get rid of aircraft in general. They are constantly the most oppressive thing in every BF game even when they are "weak."

I am sorry to say this but. You are playing the wrong game if you want to destroy combined arms warfrare.
Combined arms warfare is an ecosystem of more than just boots on the ground with guns. If you remove or gut one of the aspects of the ecosystem, you end up with a broken ecosystem. It is no surprise that the best times of the BF series are still in its past where the infantry-tank-aircraft trinity was allowed to breathe.If all you care is soldiers duking it out, you are better off playing a game that focuses on that better.

BF can be BF with ground vehicles only. Aircraft have always been a selfish role that 99% of players never even get a chance to do. Helo's are never balanced and are just kill farm machines and jets just...exist. They hardly ever contribute to point controls and spend most of the game just dog fighting.
Aircraft in BF has always been dumb, always will be dumb and the never ending back and forth of balance with them will only be solved by just getting rid of them. No one on the ground likes getting killed by a helo that is impossible to destroy and helo pilots will cry when they can't go 100-0 every match if the devs ever dare make them touchable (flares should not be a measly 2 seconds longer than it takes to reload a shoulder fired AA. Should take twice as long for flares to come back.)
Just go back to call of duty then. You are literally saying get rid of aircraft, something that has been a part of battlefield since Battlefield 1942/43. Then you never ever even fly, "I don't care about the other side." Pfft, the nerve of you sir/mam. You won't even try to understand what it's like, especially a jet, because you know that you'll see that pilots have it worse.

lol this mindset is why this franchise keeps dying because the "always like that" crowd doesn't want things to change and tells people to go play other games. Guess what, ya'll did that for BF6 and everyone did exactly that. BF6 lost 90% of its playerbase after launch.

AA is awful in this game and pretty much every BF game. It has always felt awful to use and aircraft have always been awful to go against and EVERY match I play, the most common thing I see in chat is most of the lobby annoyed at how bad AA is and they just give up on AA because of how much of a chore it feels to use.
It will never be balanced, so ya, I fully believe aircraft should not be part of battlefield anymore because the fix imo would be all missiles one shot aircraft, period, end of story. You have flares on short cooldown, terrain and below radar to avoid lockons. That's more than enough, but pilots would whine because how dare they not be untouchable.
I've been playing this series since BF1942, the OG (well, excluding Codename Eagle), and in BF2 my role in clan matches (yes, we did 16 v 16 clan matches back in the day) was as a chopper pilot/gunner or to use air if required.
BF6 the jets can shuttle across the narrowest part of the map over and over and never get hit once because of the magic flares. Helos are so armoured that they can tank shots from the thing specifically designed to kill them and fly back to base with no problem.
I know all about it the other side.

I know all about it the other side.How much have you flown the BF6 ones? I hope that I misread this and you did not say that you know all about BF6 choppers based on BF2 experiences.
The other day I was doing some unlocks on Golmund breakthrough and tried the Littlebird that nobody was using and proceeded to annoy an IFV, thinking I was safe up there. Then I ate ToW that came so fast from the IFV that I had no time to react (ok that can be a skill issue on my part because Aircraft suck so much in BF6 that I did not practice much). Then I went as an engineer and blew up that IFV personally with rockets and EoD mines.
In my experience the infantry are the top predator in BF6 if they take all threats seriously.If there is one thing I am proud with in BF games is that if a vehicle of the ground or the Air annoys me, I am willing to use every means available to have my revenge against them. If a lock on works, I will use it, if I have to manually guide/aim something at them, I will do it. If I have to sneak up behind lines to get them, I will do it.
Enough to find it boring.
