Suggestion: Expanded communication features

Something I would love to see expanded in BF6 is the ability to communicate and coordinate as a team. I visualize this as a "support request" system in which a requestor uses the existing radial ping menu to call for some type of support the team is currently lacking or is being misappropriated.

Example: The enemy is deeply entrenched on a point with armor and engineers - you use a designated ping from the radial menu to call for air support. The Helicopter and Jet pilots receive a radio message calling for the fire mission and a unique ping highlighting the location. Upon successfully completing the support mission the pilot and requestor would both get bonus XP. This would be great for the combat ecosystem - it incentivizes team-play from the pilots, which typically play semi-randomly farming kills  unless the pilot is very competent. 

The mission request system could be applied to many situations: calling for mortar fire, smoke cover, suppressive fire, flanking attacks, etc. The number of requests could be limited per match or on a cooldown to avoid clutter/spamming.  If implemented correctly, I think it would be well received by the community, and greatly enhance immersion and team-play.
