[Suggestion] Map centering and zoom - RedSec

At the beginning of each game, the map should not be following the chopper and be zoomed in. This forces us to waste time zooming out and recentering on the territory to plan our drop. Instead, it should just be positioned center of map and zoomed out to scan the whole territory.

We can then opt to zoom in and out.
