Suggestions for Improving Battlefield REDSEC and Its Gyroscope Controls

Subject: Suggestions for Improving Battlefield REDSEC and Its Gyroscope Controls

First of all, I have to say that Battlefield REDSEC is a rare and outstanding game. I sincerely hope that this game will continue to generate strong revenue for the company and that the company will maintain its ability to operate and support the game successfully over the long term.

Its visual quality surpasses that of many comparable games by a considerable margin. Features such as ray tracing, environmental destruction, impactful combat, large-scale warfare, and beautifully designed maps all contribute to an exceptional gaming experience.

Precisely because REDSEC is such an outstanding product, I would like to offer a few suggestions and sincerely hope that the company will consider implementing them.

1. Improve the gyroscope controls.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the company has done a poor job in this area. Of course, I understand that some console controllers may not support gyroscopic motion controls. However, I believe the company should invest more effort in refining and improving this feature.

If gyroscopic aiming proves to be genuinely useful and offers clear advantages in gameplay, players may even be willing to purchase a new controller that supports gyroscopic motion controls. In other words, improving this feature could benefit both the players and the company.

2. Focus more on maintaining and improving REDSEC.

REDSEC has already been released and has received recognition from the market. However, the company appears to be devoting much of its attention to other products.

I would like to emphasize that developing a new game is one thing, but continuously maintaining and improving a game that players have already embraced is even more important. Fixing relatively minor control issues is often much easier than developing an entirely new game from scratch.

A good game deserves long-term support and continuous improvement.

3. Fix the gyroscope-related control issues.

I am an ordinary player who uses gyroscopic motion controls, and I have played REDSEC fewer than five times. That alone reflects my experience with the game so far.

I noticed that after assigning controls to the gyroscope, the right stick (R3/right analog stick) no longer works for camera control. This makes the gyroscope implementation feel incomplete, as though the feature is still an unfinished product.

I also noticed that the game has a quick-turn function. In my opinion, one of the simplest solutions would be to repurpose this function to support directional inputs: up, down, left, and right. Players rarely need a dedicated quick-turn function, whereas these directional controls could potentially provide a more practical solution.

Of course, the development team may be able to come up with an even better solution. My main point is that the existing control system needs to be reconsidered and improved so that gyroscopic aiming can work properly alongside the right analog stick.

4. A final request to the development team.

Finally, I hope the company has the ability and willingness to resolve what appears to be a relatively straightforward problem. I also sincerely hope that the company will continue to operate, maintain, and improve REDSEC rather than disappoint the players who believe in this game.

REDSEC has tremendous potential. I hope the company will recognize that potential, listen to player feedback, and give this game the long-term support it deserves.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
