Tank buff/Rocket nerf broke the Breakthrough Attacker/Defender balance

Following the rocket nerfs and tank buffs, maps with more than one tank on the attacking side became unbalanced. Most of the time, people can't even destroy the tanks because rockets deal so little damage now, and attacker tanks generally survive until the end of the round without being destroyed with that health regeneration. If this situation is permanent, you will need to add some vehicles to the defender's side to rebalance some breakthrough maps. For example, on Liberation Peak, Mirak Valley and Golmud Railway, the attackers just steamroll the defenders with too many vehicles while the defenders have nothing. We need balance to Breakthrough mode ASAP. Some capture points are enlarged too much compared to the initial state of the game as well, that broke the balance as well. Now attackers capture flags too easily on some maps.
