Team balancing is horrendous when playing with friends

When playing by myself it alternates between good team/bad team but is usually somewhat close.

But when I play with friends it stacks the other team so bad every time that the only objective we will hold will be the one we are on, and we end up losing by like 500+ tickets or just get steam rolled on breakthrough.

Its not fun, and all my friends are starting to move away from the game as a result.

today my games went like this solo W/L/W/W/L/W/L/L/W

Once I got my friends on we went L/L/L/L/L and then they all quit because the rest of our team was just full of people that play with they keyboards keys down and their controllers with triggers towards them.

Either get rid of team balancing altogether, or stop making it so heavy handed against squads.
