Team Balancing

I like the fact that there really isn't SBMM this game but let me tell you.  Most of my games are just my whole team getting totally demolished and destroyed.  I do have a close game here every once in a while but the majority of my games are on the losing side with the other team totally just dominating the field.  I once in a while will be on the team that is winning like that too but most of the time on the losing side.  Not sure how that works but not very often do I run into games that are close or we are at least within a couple hundred points.
I know that I'm not the best player and I'm more casual so it takes me longer to level up but man I can't even do anything in many of the games that I play.  It just makes the game very hard to want to play casually when I just end up getting my butt handed to me most of the time.  I am not asking for SBMM, I don't want that but there should be a way to balance the teams a little better.  For example, many of the games I have played I notice on the other team they have players that are a lot higher level that my team which is just to say they probably have played more than me, so maybe not so much SBMM but maybe something related to time played in game to help balance teams a little better.  I think that may help some people enjoy things a little batter.

Anyway, just a couple of my observations and things that I have noticed that have been making this game frustrating to me and most of my friends who play more casually.
