I find the way the match is going very much affects my K/D. Sure, I’m a bit of a crap player, but the pace and types of encounters changes distinctly when winning versus when losing.
If we’re losing, theres a time pressure: you have to move towards objs at a certain clip and take risks if you want to have a chance to turn things around. It’s easier to be caught by campers, snipers. You have to spend time on objs that are too often very open, while the enemy can take their time hovering on the edges shooting in. its obviously completely reversed if we’re winning.
i don’t really care about my K/D, but I do know I will easily go above 1 in a winning match, and an abysmal 0.5 if in a rout.
