I’m not a fan of the challenge system, but then I don’t even like battle passes, the idea of paying just for a chance to unlock something in a limited time is a rip off.
BUT, that being said, I have to say they’ve seriously toned down how specific the challenges are. Fewer of them are linked to specific classes or weapons, most will be achieved through just playing. And the few annoying ones I get are easily re-rolled,
Of note, while you have to unlock everything in the span of the season, you don’t need to do it every week, they don’t expire until the end of the season. I went on holidays during season 2, and because so many of the challenges are the same week to week, I just started unlocking everything in a few games.
