EA/DICE in “only listen to the voices they want to hear” mode.
I think trying to combine BF with Battle Royale is a foolish mistake, and I wish they'd give up on it already, but they won't listen. Battle Royale is not what veteran players want, and it has a small player base, but I suspect only the opinions of those few Battle Royale players are being heard as “the voice of the BF players”. They should be pouring all their efforts into balancing multi, yet they're experimenting with Battle Royale Solo. Suppose they're wondering why the number of players keeps dropping.
I don't want to doubt the passion of the developers who want to create something good, unfortunately their passion is fundamentally different from that of BF players. It's really sad.
