Sniper is powerful enough. Mini scout easy and have high damage mid range.

Sniper rifles have lower muzzle velocity than DMR's, LMG's and even some AR's, while also having an extremely low damage multiplier of 0.67x, that's the lowest damage multiplier I've ever seen in a BF game. The scout mini has lower max damage than the SVK, that's not high damage.

Why would snipers care about the multiplier, sniper headshots kill no matter what? If you're not head-shooting with sniper rifles, you're doing it wrong. I think this may have been mentioned once or twice before...
Yes, it's been mentioned before and it's still an supremely dumb argument that only people who have absolutely zero understanding of proper weapon balance use.

Of course there is. Once again: these are the only weapons that have the ability to one-shot opponents at any distance, and the only weapons that can reliably hit beyond 150m, and so obviously they're gonna be severely limited in other ways.
