The pop up event bulletin is interfering with my menu navigation

At least on Xbox. It’s Every single time I navigate my menu via LB and RB, If I go to loadouts, it pops up. Navigate from loadouts to challenges, it pops up. Like twice in 10 seconds. Every time...
