You've just completely screwed over a large portion of the player base just now by turning off weapon and attachment XP in portal servers.
I don't have time to play this game all day every day. I will never be able to be on par with other players without being able to unlock attachments and weapons faster. It takes incredibly long in a normal match for casual folks like me to unlock stuff.
I am a legitimate player who plays breakthrough and conquest matches against bots. I am too old and this game is sometimes too fast for me. I just want to relax after work and kill some bots with my friends, or by myself.
Now, i can't. I'm out until this is changed. This was the last straw for me. EA just completely screwed a lot of us over.
for me i love playing with half and half Players and Bots.
players will give you a run for your money but Bots will always be easier to take down.
this mix gives you the high highs from a hard fight, but also gives you the fun of just taking someone out.
i think this is where most of the fun in BF has been for me for the last couple years.
i think a solution to fix the issue could be, make matches have equal bots and players.
if your match has 64 slots, and only 8 people have joined then guess what only 8 bots will be in the match.
also add official modes that are half and half so we can just quick play into these half and half matches.
i played for 5 hours today, didnt get much xp as i was forced to que up in normal servers.
what were the conquest matches like?
on my team of 32 people, 8 were over lv45, 4 were around lv35-40 and everyone else lv10-25.
everyone over lv35 had around 35+ kills by the end of the game, everyone else, maybe 5-10 kills
it wasnt fun, and trying to level DMRs, and Snipers with people with most everything unlocked, ya no.
i hope they revert this change
Agree, 100%. The mix of bots and humans is a stunner of a gameplay mode, imo. 4v4 humans and the rest bots is so fun. I wish there was a BF like game with just this format. It's perfect.
