The Portal XP Nerf and the Betrayal of "Full Progression" - Targeted Solutions

The correct way to handle this is just to nerf XP amount by a certain % if you kill a bot.

Let's be honest, killing bots is far too easy, so you shouldn't get full XP as it can and will be abused (as we have seen). 

HOWEVER, since no one wants to help seed a portal server, the ability to backfill the server with bots and play against them as it fills IS INDEED valuable. I fear nerfing the XP into the ground if a portal designer enables bot backfill will kill 99% of portal experiences from ever being properly seeded.
