As an update, for those considering a refund be persistent and explain the situation. Try getting the first line support to talk to a superior if he says there is no option for him to do that on his end. Xbox has done this for me in the past, when CFB 25 was broken for 2 months after release. And Amazon just processed a refund for me just now. If they fix this game I very well might end up buying it again down the road, but it is unacceptable to give one impression to your community and then pull the rug out 2 weeks later, just because EA couldn't deliver on the server load that they promised.

Okay, you refunded, now go do something else, bye bye.

Nah, I think I'll keep pressuring them to change because it's still BS what they pulled, and a lot of other people are still angry and screwed over so if I can help them I will. And as stated I would have no problem re-purchasing the game again in the future if they make good on what they promised, as well as iron out some of the bugs.

You lost your voice when you refunded the game. In fact anyone should only be able to comment in the Bf6 forum if they own the game. And if you think you'll "pressure" them you are pretty delusional, you know they've sold 7 million copies, right. EA is a Billion dollar corporation, they light their cigarettes with a hundred dollar bill. But what you can do is put forward your issue in a respectful way, you should be smart enough to know that "pressure" and threats are always dismissed immediately.
