I strongly agree with the point of B-1. XP should be limited only for those kinds of servers.
Additionally, I suggest limiting XP for servers whose active players are <8. Most farming servers are being used as solo-servers.
Also for PvE players, some reduction of XP may be needed because bots can be killed more easily but challenge progression should not be disabled for wholesome rule PvE servers.
