Verified Experiences with “Bot Backfill” disabled continue to grant Full Progression and XP.,
Custom Experiences will continue earning reduced progression, regardless of whether bots are active. This keeps creative freedom and allows you to express yourself within Portal while maintaining progression balance.,To pick up these changes properly and have an experience earn full XP, any qualifying experience would need to be unpublished, have “Bot Backfill” disabled, and then republished. Servers, including persistent ones, may occasionally need to be restarted. These brief interruptions may continue until ongoing improvements are fully implemented.
Not even a MONTH into Battlefield 6 and Portal's XP is identical to how it was Battlefield 2042. Verified Modes is an even more restrictive version of 2042's Portal. I can't believe it. Verified Modes was supposed to allow Bot Backfill to be enabled and still have FULL XP.
The server browser is rubbish, it keeps forgetting filters, there's no Africa region filter and now? The promise of FULL XP that Portal was sold on? Is changed.
GG, it was a fun 2 weeks y'all.
I think I'm gonna move on from this Portal disaster, spent too much time giving EA/DICE feedback about Portal, even during 2042. But nothing is ever done in line with what the community wants. It's after all, just a video game. I've now experienced this sudden XP change not once, but TWICE since it played out exactly the same way in 2042.
I'm too old for this back and fourth nonsense.

I dont even care bout regular soldier rank xp or KD stats, wins/losses while playing bots. I enjoy the quest to open guns & their attachments & assignments.
