of course we wouldnt have purchased it knowing beforehand...and they know that full well and planned it that way...this happened with 2042 post release (bot farms and closing the servers, removing xp and progression from bots, etc)...so they already knew what to expect and what they had planned. This was wholly intentional, to cheat us and lie, and they should be made liable for it now. I'm not waiting 6 months to get bots back in.
They better give us pre-made custom files in portal to play for all the default game modes with bots this week. I'm not going to study an SDK and figure out how to make a half-arsed Conquest mode that plays like crapola so I expect they need to provide this to us immediately.
Meanwhile I am starting a charge-back since I have no use for the game until its got bots back in the normal game types.
I've really had it with Steam as well...will not buy anymore games from their platform without an offer of a refund from them. 2 hour window my foot!
