there are quit some players with chinese looking names. I am pretty sure they are not all chinese.
They almost always have the bad ping signs next to their name but still have a good shot and high scores. But hey are hard to kill with that ping or suddenly pop up in front of you.
i think most of them cheat which the bad ping is part off. They are also in casuals for the high scores.
Could you have a look at that.
I have encountered alot in Domination, I am not sure they are cheating but the high ping gives them an advantage due to lag compensation and often makes the rest of the server feel worse.
The question is how are they getting placed in out of region servers so often....
they always have the internet orange wifi marker on their name, its just shows again how bad the matchmaking is if they are allowed onto our games/ servers, causing lag and server problems from their connection issues
if you look at their other account names..they are all English.
There is also a similar group with Russian looking names
Well, I am Chinese, in fact, because Battlefield does not have a server in Chinese mainland, so most Chinese players play on the Hong Kong server, we choose the regional server through an accelerator, but the competitive pressure of the Hong Kong server is very high, so some people will go to the European servers to play, even if the latency is higher
If I hadn’t seen the first-person footage, I would’ve totally believed you when you said they’re cheating. I don’t mean to diss your skills or anything, but there’s a huge difference between averaging 3 KPM and 0.3KPM.
Due to lag compensation the higher latency gives you an advantage over everyone with low pings and makes the server feel unstable, very selfish.
You’re hilarious, my friend : ) So you’re saying your ping is so low it’s like you’re sitting right on the server, but you still can’t beat someone who sees everything MORE THAN 150MS LATER than you—and you’re blaming them for ruining server stability and messing up your game? That’s the flimsiest excuse I’ve ever heard 🤣
Lag compensation exists, lag compensation punishes people with low ping in order to give someone with a high ping a more enjoyable experience and I never said I cant beat them.
They do not see things later, due to lag compensation they see things BEFORE players with low pings.
And yes it does cause minor issues on the server you can see it everytime there is a high pinger in the lobby.
China and Russia actively blocking access to Western services but this ppls always find a way bypass that somehow through VPN's and ruin everyone's else experience.
Wish there's a way to report them directly to government agency's so their country judicial system deal with them.
Also EA should be punished for allowing this bypasses, if they suffer country enforced bans they would react whiten hours to stop abusers .
Sad thing is no one cares .
