In Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell showed how having certain opportunities allowed people to excel while others are held back and this creates a skill gap that widens as time goes on. And the way to overcome that is to support those that are being left behind. This is EXACTLY what is going on with BF6. Not everyone has the opportunity to play the game all day everyday, so through no fault of their own they are being left behind and each day it becomes harder and harder to progress due to the widening skill gap.
This is where portal servers with bots come into play. With full xp and progression the players that can't play all day everyday can stay competitive and feel like they have some sort of a chance in multiplayer. But due to the crybabies whining about how unfair it is, this avenue has been denied. Keep in mind this was a major selling point of the game.
So to turn their argument on it's head, it's unfair that people who have lives can't progress in this game at a reasonable pace because they are forced to play against sweats and tryhards that have no lives and can play the game all day everyday exploiting game mechanics so they don't have to face anyone in a fair gunfight.
