According to Consumers Defense Code, since EA removed bots, you can ask a refund anytime! They removed a feature that was previously in the game, which made people buy the game for that reason! Since they removed it, you can ask your money back!
If EA wont learn, maybe their pocket could feel something!

I tried the refund, not so easy. EA said go to PlayStation because they sold me the game. Playstation support are useless, because the change happened after I had the game and played it for x amount of hours, some of us are stuck. I would just like to enjoy the game again, I was having great time. Even last weekend, while the portal rooms were almost working like original, it was chill and very fun. It seems to have become more toxic in game. More questionable craphousery going on and it really isn't enjoyable right now. I don't even look forward to coming on for dailies now. I will grind out the last Platinum trophy requirements and hang my hat. Won't get another penny out of me for battlepasses or future games. Won't touch EA product now. P.S What can I do now when my son visits? He was having a great time playing solo Rush, I can't throw him into a full or half full lobby.
