Bro they don't even answer tickets in the first hand, gl getting refunds....
then just file a chargeback with your bank. If you show your bank that you tried contacting EA and EA didn't respond, the bank can force it. Or PayPal. I've done that method before too for a product that had a strict "absolutely no refunds" policy. It really isn't that hard

EA usually ban accounts when a chargeback is received, so filing one is not without risk.

That would be seen as retaliation, though. If you tried contacting EA first and they refuse to help or respond for a reasonable amount of time (under Norway law for example, this is 2 weeks from first contact), you’re allowed to chargeback if it’s your last resort. A ban after that is illegal and more damage can be done
