The Portal XP Nerf and the Betrayal of "Full Progression" - Targeted Solutions

This  is on the developers shoulders, with the experience of 2042 regarding bot farms behind them, why would they then proceed forward with BF6 promoting XP in Portal only to be caught by surprised that bot farms returned again without having any plan in place other than pressing the panic button and thus killing portal mode, throwing out the baby with the bath water. At this point they seem to of only thrown out the players that legitimately wanted to play the game how it was intended, but bot farms still exist.
