Suggestion: Reduce HQ Respawn Delay After Skipping Revive
I would like to suggest reducing the respawn delay at HQ when choosing to skip a revive.
I understand that the longer delay exists to encourage revives and prevent players from respawning too quickly, but in some situations, waiting simply doesn’t make sense.
For example:
When you’re alone
When all nearby teammates are down
Or when a revive is not possible
In these cases, players often choose to skip, but still have to wait a relatively long time before being able to respawn at HQ.
Since the HQ is:
A safe zone
Located far from the action
I think it would make sense to reduce this delay only for HQ spawns after skipping a revive.
This would:
Reduce unnecessary downtime
Improve overall game flow
Without negatively affecting revive mechanics or encouraging spawn spam
I’m not suggesting removing the delay entirely, just adjusting it in this specific situation.
What do you think? Does this delay feel too long in these cases?
