To BF_SledgeHammer : Manual Review Requested
EA ID: RakuenNoise
Dear EA Support and BF_SledgeHammer Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the ban imposed on my account this past February, which I firmly believe was a mistake. As a long-time veteran and pre-order player of the Battlefield franchise, I have always strongly opposed cheating and have never used any hacks, aimbots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer matches.
After reflecting deeply on what could have triggered this false positive, I have only one possible clue:
Regarding Background Software: I previously had single-player game trainers/modifiers installed on my PC (strictly for offline, single-player games). I want to emphasize that these tools were never launched, used, or injected into Battlefield at any point. However, I suspect that inactive files or background processes from these offline tools may have been misidentified by the anti-cheat system.
To demonstrate my commitment to the franchise and fair play:
My Records: Since the ban, I have actually repurchased the game on a new account and have been playing actively for several months without any issues, strictly adhering to all community guidelines.
The Value of My Original Account: While I can play on the new account, my original account holds immense sentimental and practical value. It contains my hard-earned, exclusive pre-order rewards and 2042 Battle Pass The Road To BF6 items that I spent countless hours unlocking through challenges. These are irreplaceable to me.
My Legitimate Stats: My historical in-game performance clearly demonstrates that of a normal, experienced player, rather than a cheater:Kills: 8,148
Deaths: 4,980
K/D: 1.64
KPM: 1.03
Throughout my years playing Battlefield, I have actively tried to maintain a healthy gaming environment by reporting suspicious players. I kindly request a manual review of my account's gameplay logs and anti-cheat triggers during the time of the ban.
Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and assistance in resolving this matter. I look forward to your reply.
Sincerely,
RakuenNoise
