FROM THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION:
"Federal Consumer Protection Laws
False Advertising and Consumer Rights
Removing content from a game after it has been advertised can potentially violate federal consumer protection laws, particularly if the removal is deemed deceptive. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) enforces laws against false advertising, which includes misleading claims about products or services. If consumers purchased a game based on advertised features that were later removed without notice, they may have grounds for a complaint.
Relevant Legal Framework
- FTC Act: This act prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. If the removal of content is considered misleading, it could fall under this law.
- Lanham Act: While primarily for competitors, this act allows for claims related to false advertising, which can indirectly protect consumers by holding companies accountable for their advertising claims.
State Consumer Protection Laws
In addition to federal laws, many states have their own consumer protection statutes. For example, California's Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) may apply if the removal of content is seen as an unfair or deceptive practice. Consumers can pursue claims in small claims court if they believe they have been harmed by such actions.
Conclusion
If a game publisher removes advertised content without prior notice, it may constitute a violation of consumer protection laws. Consumers are encouraged to report such practices to the FTC or their state consumer protection agency for further investigation."

There should be at least a USA wide Class Action Suite against EA! Maybe a Go-Fund me to hire a team of attorneys? They need to answer for the bad they have done!
Taking away the main feature regarding this game that most people bought it for... solo play (and with friends) against bots with full progression!
They did not even make it clear about the 25 tier skips. The advertising was deceptive, at best. I thought that would be available when the actual tier skips would be released... no matter what the player tier was currently. NO WHERE DID IT SAY IT STARTED IT LEVEL 1 (ONE) IN THEIR ADVERTISING.
How was a player going to play Early Access, 2 BETAS, and then be at LEVEL 1 when the tier skips would much later, actually become available?
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!
