I'm level 21 when I was kicked out. So perhaps there is a level cap on it like you said. Shame if that is the case. It's the only way I can do any unlocks at my age, it's the most chaotic BF I've ever played. The challenges to get unlocks are just impossible for me.
Stopped for me at lvl 10 - I didn't even notice at first and then wondered why it was chaos and was getting battered
