EA license issue 2. License not working 3. EA App problem
Hi,
My EA App does not recognize my Battlefield license and Portal is also not detecting it.
I already tried all troubleshooting steps (reinstall, cache clear, restart), but nothing worked.
I am asking for a manual entitlement/license check on my account, because this seems to be a backend issue.

Hi,
I am a long-time EA player and I really enjoy your games.
However, I am currently facing an issue where the EA App does not recognize my Battlefield license, and Portal also does not detect it.
I have already tried all troubleshooting steps (reinstall, cache clear, restart), but the issue remains.
I contacted support, but the problem was not resolved. I would appreciate if this could be escalated for a manual entitlement/license check.
Thank you for your time
Hi,
I am contacting you because I am currently experiencing a serious issue with my EA account.
My EA App and Portal are not recognizing my Battlefield license. I can see the game in my account, but it is not being detected correctly, and I cannot launch or access it.
I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the EA App, clearing cache, restarting my PC, and logging out/in, but nothing has resolved the issue.
I also contacted EA Support via chat, but I did not receive a working solution or a proper resolution.
I am a long-time EA customer and I genuinely enjoy your games and services. That is exactly why I am asking for help here, because I want to continue playing normally.
At this point, I believe this is an entitlement/license issue that requires a manual review of my account.
I would really appreciate it if this case could be escalated to a technical team or senior support for a manual license check.
Thank you very much for your time and assistance
Hi,
I need to escalate an ongoing issue with my account.
My EA App and Portal are not recognizing my Battlefield license, even though it appears on my account. The game cannot be accessed because the license is not being detected correctly.
I have already completed all troubleshooting steps (reinstall, cache clear, restart, login/logout) and contacted support, but the issue remains unresolved.
This appears to be a license entitlement issue that requires a manual account review.
I am requesting escalation to a senior support or technical team for a manual entitlement/license check.

I am experiencing an ongoing issue where my EA App and Portal do not recognize my Battlefield license. The game appears on my account, but it is not being detected correctly and I cannot access it.
I have already tried all troubleshooting steps (reinstalling the EA App, clearing cache, restarting my PC, logging out and back in), but the issue still remains.
I also contacted support multiple times, but I did not receive a working solution.
At this point, I strongly believe this is a backend entitlement issue that requires a manual license check on my account.
I am kindly asking to escalate this case to a technical team or senior support for a manual entitlement fix.
Additionally, I think this issue may be related to how the EA App handles license detection, and it might need further improvement to prevent similar problems in the future.
I am a long-time EA player and I really enjoy your games, and I just want to be able to access my purchased content and continue playing normally.

In addition, I would like to share some feedback. I think the EA App could be improved, especially in how it detects licenses automatically, to prevent these issues in the future.
Regarding Battlefield, I really enjoy the game, but I think it could be improved by allowing more freedom in gameplay. For example, giving players easier and more consistent access to vehicles like helicopters, jets, and tanks, without long waiting times. This would allow more players to enjoy different roles, such as being a pilot or using vehicles, without frustration.
I believe these improvements could make the experience more fun and accessible for everyone.
I am a long-time EA player and I truly enjoy your games. I just want to be able to access my purchased content and continue playing normally.

I have already completed all troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the EA App, clearing cache, restarting my PC, and logging out and back in. None of these steps solved the issue.
This leads me to believe that the problem is not on my side, but on the backend, and requires a manual entitlement/license check.
I kindly ask to escalate this case to a technical team or senior support for a manual fix.

Regarding Battlefield, I really enjoy the game, but I believe it could be improved by giving players more freedom. For example, allowing easier access to vehicles like helicopters, jets, and tanks, without long waiting times. Players should be able to choose their role freely, whether they want to be soldiers or pilots, similar to open gameplay systems like in games such as GTA.
I also believe Battlefield and Portal need improvements and updates to provide a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all players.
