EA license issue 2. License not working 3. EA App problem

Hi,

My EA App does not recognize my Battlefield license and Portal is also not detecting it.

I already tried all troubleshooting steps (reinstall, cache clear, restart), but nothing worked.

I am asking for a manual entitlement/license check on my account, because this seems to be a backend issue.

I am a long-time EA player and I really enjoy your games.

However, I am currently facing an issue where the EA App does not recognize my Battlefield license, and Portal also does not detect it.

Regarding Battlefield, I really enjoy the game, but I think it could be improved by allowing more freedom in gameplay. For example, giving players easier and more consistent access to vehicles like helicopters, jets, and tanks, without long waiting times. This would allow more players to enjoy different roles, such as being a pilot or using vehicles, without frustration.

I believe these improvements could make the experience more fun and accessible for everyone.

Regarding Battlefield, I really enjoy the game, but I believe it could be improved by giving players more freedom. For example, allowing easier access to vehicles like helicopters, jets, and tanks, without long waiting times. Players should be able to choose their role freely, whether they want to be soldiers or pilots, similar to open gameplay systems like in games such as GTA.

I also believe Battlefield and Portal need improvements and updates to provide a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all players.

I am a long-time EA player and I truly enjoy your games. I just want to be able to access my purchased content and continue playing without issues.

    I'm sorry to say that it's not possible for anyone to manually review your EA account here on the forums. This is because nobody can access your game account for security reasons.

    While I can see that you've mentioned speaking with EA Help about this situation already, I'm afraid that in this case, you will need to go back to them and ask them to assist you further. You should be able to use the same contact method that you did when you spoke with them originally, but if not, scrolling to the bottom of the page I've linked below and selecting the "Contact Us" button should let you speak with them.
