Trolling/reports do nothing

Honestly sad that this is what Battlefield has become and reports go unnoticed / no action is being taken. Needs to be fixed ASAP or your game will die, all i have to say. Won't be playing until these people are suspended its been multiple games now of this happening ruining what little people still play conquest.
