TTK/TTD feels wrong
This has been an issue since BF5 and it seems to just persist since then in every battlefield game.
Idk if they got someone new writing the net-code or what it is but this damage model feels really off.
Idk if it server/network related or what but it consistently feels like regardless of what gun I choose other than snipers it takes 10-15 hits to get a kill. Mean while, it consistently only takes 3-4 hits for ME to die. Its like the game is suffering from a big load of desync.
Its annoying. I feel like in most fights I have to hit people 3x as much as they hit me with ASSUALT RIFLES. The numbers don't even make sense. 13 damage a hit but it take 15 shots to get the kill? that math aint **bleep** mathing.
Wish BF would idk do better in this department. It wasnt such an issue in BF games before now all of a sudden every single game they come out with has this egregious TTK/TTD that feels awful.
Maybe its a the overly aggressive damage fall off idk. That's another issue honestly. Feels like the guns in this game, again everything but snipers suffers from extreme damage fall off. And all it takes is a few measly meters and your bullets go from bullets to peas that do hardly no damage and all of a sudden you gotta pump an entire magazine into someone to put em down.
Idk who the **bleep** at EA thought this was a good feeling thing and it needed to be like this. These are GUNS they arent shooting spit balls. So maybe don't neuter the damage to everything beyond 50 meters. Jesus.
