I just put a full 40 clip into a player and he never died, them shot me 3 times and I died with full health. When is this issue going to be addressed. This is not Fair Play when the TTK /TTD isn't the same for all players. This was what killed 2042!
That sounds more like desync than the other player having a different TTK/TTD. Potentially they'd already killed you and the game hadn't caught up, so you were shooting when already downed. It happens to me from time to time too.
They won't fix anything now because it's unprofitable to do so.
That's because the game has lost over 90% of players (at least on Steam but it's likely similar on consoles).
When the game came out Steam had about 750 thousand concurrent players, now there are something like 60 thousand players a day and about 20 thousand concurrently (at the same time) during peak times.
Most people have left this game already 3 months after a phenomenal release, because they ignored people's complaints and suggestions.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not trying to insult you, I'm only giving you some facts.
Your top 3 weapons used, you have:
14.8% accuracy
22% accuracy
12.6% accuracy
Based on these facts, it means for every 100 bullets you fire, only 12-20 actually hit the target.
Maybe you need to look at yourself before accusing the game or others
Most likely the shots your saying missed didn’t actually miss and didn’t count , I know 100% I see my shots hitting like 15 rounds and the person will fire a few shots and kill me even though I shot first and they will still have 40 to 60 percent health , in BF6 it pays to be playing on Console there hit detection is far greater then that of PC .
