Twitch event

you and everyone else i know didn’t receive their twitch drops from the beta despite twitch saying we were linked (only have one EA account linked to the same xbox account it has been linked to for 15 years) and twitch confirming we claimed them during the time of the event. (twitch doesn’t let you claim them without first linking an EA account) try making a ticket, you’ll get nothing but scripted responses that make it clear they aren’t even reading the tickets or looking at the attached files. then if you talk in live chat it’s more scripted responses that show they aren’t reading what you’re saying and just trying to find another scripted response to send hoping that fixes your issue, or they respond in broken english with incorrect grammar without addressing what you said. and if you keep reminding them and asking for an actual human who has the power to manually apply these rewards they claim they can’t do that and end the conversation and eventually just block you from starting any new tickets of any kind.
