UAV Class perk? WHY?

The UAV should not be a rewards like a kill streak for the recon class. Thats something that Call of Duty would do if anything it needs to be a Rewards for a playable objective at a specific command post then you walk up to a machine and activate it for a certain portion of the map. Not something you can activate consistently for yourself and nearby allies. Take it away from the Recon class please. they already have a placeable recon gadget for that purpose that should only be reusable once gotten from a supply box not on recharge. Giving it a real sense of conditional use.
