That's been happening for a while. There are 2 workarounds. If you have a controller plugged in, press the b button on it. The other one is if you are using msi afterburner and rivatuner OSD, disable it. One of these should work. There is also a way to prevent it from happening. Your first map of the day, when it is loading press the enter key a couple of times. That will make it so you won't have the issue for the rest of your gaming session.
