Unable to Remap some UI keybindings

I play with very unorthodox keybinds. This causes me to remap every keybind known. I currently have an issue where I have overlapping keybinds with the class swap keybinds you see when you are dead and waiting to respawn. These keybinds by default are "Q" and "E". I don't see anywhere in settings to change these binds. Since I cannot change them, im constantly accidentally swapping classes right before i respawn, leading to immense frustration. Do these keybindings exist?
