The game had the potential to be the best BF after BF3 and you managed to ruin it with matchmaking combined with an awful sbmm. Good job not buying any more BF for sure but seeing people still don't grow up and cheating like crazy there is zero reason to buy any FPS game. I value my money more than spending it on games where people just cheat without problem.

Perhaps I’m having a hard time understanding exactly what you mean, but it seems to me that both things are closely linked: a ‘suspicious’ player’s behavior disrupts the ‘skill-based matchmaking.’ The overall experience is not only determined by that, but the problem with suspicious players is that they make a balanced matchmaking impossible.

To answer your questions: EA itself is the publisher; they hire people like me to read them, so essentially, yes. CMs do read them. But here is the thing: when X number of players say the same thing, and we have passed it along, we already know it is a reported issue in the community. Unless there is an update or a workaround, there isn't much more we can do but wait.

Could be a lot of things
They stopped listening a long time ago. Complain about a person's name or say they hurt your feelings and they respond. They gave up on cheaters a lonnnng time ago.

While the team has been rolling out anticheat enforcement updates, when you look at the overall experience right now, does the frustration lie more with the tight skill-based matchmaking brackets in standard quickplay, or does it feel like suspicious player activity in your lobbies is what broke your patience?
"Suspicious" players aren't the only thing wrecking the balance.
If it isn't someone getting 98% headshots in a round it's someone lagging, or desync getting you killed in a half-second burst from a player. It's a rare, rare game where I look at the overall scores and think that yeah, that was an even match across the board and nobody had an unfair advantage.
To be clear: a even and fair match with no desync, lag, or "cheat" of some kind effing it all up and handing a small few players a huge KDR and score is the exception, not the rule.

It is exhausting and we have all gone through it. Partially why I went back to RPGs for a while.

The game is getting beyond a joke now.
Hit reg is all over the place. I can unload almost a full clip into somebody and they just turn and kill me in just a few shots. If I join a game and it has a high ping player in there or one with a CN name I just leave now. Please turn off the cross play for PC users, there is definitely some kind of de-sync between console and PC, also do something about console players using Cronus Zen or other cheating hardware. I am seeing to many console players with ridiculous scores which should be possible using a controller. I have seen stats of console players where they had 32.0 KDR in one game of domination.
Right now BF6 is in a terrible place and I doubt season 5 will fix it, don't forget money talks so get buying those skins and battle passes. If nothing is done then we all need to vote with our wallets. I know I won't be buying anymore Battlefield games in the future.
