unfair ban in bf6

Hello EA team. 5th time I wrote you about my unfair ban in BF6. My EA nickname - brightkills. I was banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". I don't understand what was a trigger for this reason to ban but I DO NOT use any software like cheats or something else that could make an enhance to my BF6 gameplay. My 5 appeals was rejected. Pay $70 for a game and get a ban =(
