Unstoppable Force Custom Parts

Having seen the Mastery Rank 50 skins for the weapons one thing came to mind: 

The cool looking special custom parts some weapons get are not available for others?
Can we have the custom looking parts (like the Suppressor or Scopes) for all weapons (that have mastery 50)?

So for example I think it would look amazing to have a SL-9 or KV9 with the custom suppressor of the PW7A2

Right now if I want to have the custom suppressor on an SMG I would have to only use the PW7A2 or USG-90? Sounds kind of rough for people that main other weapons.

So maybe instead of unlocking a "package" where each weapon has different custom parts, we could unlock all the custom looking attachments at mastery rank 50 and then pick between them via the normal attachment point system? So for example we could have the "Unstoppable Force Suppressor" with the "Unstoppable Force Laser" on the "Unstoppable Force" Package SL-9 (which only gets the custom Scope)
